THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR ACTION AT LAW OR IN EQUITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL BE COMMENCED ONLY IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN LONDON, ENGLAND AND YOU HEREBY CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF ANY SUCH DISPUTE OR ACTION.
