East Lodge’s Commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Responsible Investing (RI) and Our Broader Community

Having achieved our 2021 target of becoming a UNPRI signatory, we remain accountable and conscious of the many challenges facing society today. As a firm, we strive to tackle these challenges through the development and implementation of comprehensive ESG and RI practices.

East Lodge’s ESG and RI policies were developed with today’s best practices in mind and will evolve over time as the firm continues to engage with external organizations and agencies to ensure our approach meets growing societal demand. East Lodge’s partners and employees strongly believe it is our duty to be responsible corporate citizens and to contribute to shaping a sustainable future.

East Lodge is committed to driving positive social change and supports a variety of charities and community efforts.

East Lodge encourages all partners and employees of the firm to invest time into supporting local charities. Additional paid leave is granted for the purpose of participating in social causes, and the firm also matches staff donations given to a variety of charities.

East Lodge looks to the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a guide to ensure the charities the firm supports meet our broader mission, and an emphasis has been placed on education and generating opportunities for children from a variety of underserved backgrounds.

East Lodge is also a proud supporter of veterans’ organizations. We are committed to honoring the Armed Forces Covenant and supporting the Armed Forces community. We recognize that today’s veterans bring unique abilities and experiences to a civilian workforce, including self-motivation and an ability to work under pressure and thrive in a team within a challenging environment. By signing the covenant, we recognize the value that serving personnel, veterans, service leaders and their families bring to our business. As a sign of our commitment, we are a recognized participant of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
